Kathryn "Kathy" Louise Watts Farmer

Kathryn "Kathy" Louise Watts Farmer, 72, of Bessemer City, passed away on June 23, 2016, at the Robin Johnson Hospice House, Dallas.

She was born March 26, 1944, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Herman Sloan Watts and Mae Bumgarner Watts.

A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m., June 25, 2016, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., officiated by Pastor Dickie Spargo.

The family will receive friends 4:00 -4:45 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Farmer is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Joel Robert Farmer; sons, Steven Fender and wife, Leigh Ann, Joey Farmer; daughter, Katie Farmer; sister, Susan Hamrick and husband, Fred; grandchildren, Morgan and Matt Fender; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be sent to Gaston Hospice, c/o the Robin Johnson Hospice House, P.O. Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054.
