Karen Ann Ingle

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen Ann Ingle, age 77, of Lumberton, North Carolina, who left us on September 14, 2026. Born on November 18, 1948, in North Carolina, Karen devoted her life to her family and the comforts of home. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, whose warmth and love will be deeply missed.

She loved listening to gospel and country music, finding comfort in melodies that reflected her values and spirit. A passionate Atlanta Braves fan, she proudly cheered for her team, embodying the unwavering support and dedication she carried into all her interests. She also loved surf fishing.

Karen is survived by her loving daughter, Sara Ingle-Woods (Ken); grandson, Zayden Price; 2 sisters and 4 brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Burnie and Doris Faulk; loving husband, Glenn Ingle; son, Jason Ingle.

A visitation will be Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 2-3pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S York Rd Gastonia, NC 28052. The memorial service will follow at 3pm at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private at a later date.
