Justin Scott Cope

Justin Scott Cope, 33, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born September 25, 1988 in York County, SC, and was the son of Julie Louise Cope.

Justin always had a smile and never met a stranger.  He dearly loved his family.

Justin was preceded in death by his step-father, Ricky Dale.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Haylie Cope Woods; brother, Josh Cope and wife, Michelle; sister, Christa "Danii" Collao, and husband, Andrew; step-sister, Melody Esenwein; step-brother, Junior Collao; brother in-law, Andrew Ballew;  and niece and nephews, Sierra Cobbs, Kahner Ballew, and Korbin Ballew.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6 -8 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service 1503 S York Rd. Gastonia, NC.
