Gastonia, NC Julio Cesar Ortiz Mejia, 88, passed away July 27, 2013 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1924 in Honduras, son of the late Remigio Ortiz Euceda and Maria Teresa Mejia Ortiz. A graveside service will be held 3 pm Wednesday at Armstrong Cemetery. The South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium is serving the family.
