Julia Francis Flowers

Julia Farmer Flowers, 60, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024.

She was born on February 11, 1964, in Michigan to Melvina Turley Hettle and the late Jessie Clyde Farmer.

Julie loved her family. She enjoyed playing bingo.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her sister Cheryl Lynn Scott.

Julie is survived by her mother and stepfather, Melvina and Gary Hettle; her husband of more than 40 years, Doug Flowers; brother, J.C. Farmer; sister, Annette Scott (Rob).

All services will be private.
