Judy Lynn Moore

Judy Lynn Moore, 67, of Bessemer City, passed away August 13, 2015 at her residence. She was born April 2, 1948 in Charlotte, daughter of the late Sylvester William Elwood and Thelma Todd Elwood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband. Judy is survived by her brothers, Gene Elwood , Donnie Elwood , and Harold Elwood, all of Charlotte; special friends, Darlene Towery and husband Brian, and Jimmy Ramey. A memorial service will be held 4 pm Saturday, August 29, at Charity Baptist Church, 113 Charity Church Rd., Fallston, NC. The service will be officiated by Pastor Kyeth Lindsay. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, P.O. Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
