Judy Crawford Barrett

Judy Crawford Barrett, 61, of Kings Mountain, passed away June 16, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospital. She was born November 8, 1951 in Gaston County daughter of the late Clarence Crawford and Mary Francis McDonald Crawford. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Grover City Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Alan Taylor. The family will receive friends at the home of Dawn, 114 Yarbro Rd. Kings Mountain, after the service. Judy is survived by; sons, Jason Barrett (Crystal), Newman Barrett,(Brandy); daughters, Dawn Painter, Elizabeth Shope (Chris); sisters, Norma Messick, Ellen Taylor, Deborah Patterson; ten grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her loving husband of 35 years, Floyd Dean Barrett; sister, Nancy Rose. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to assist the family with funeral expenses to Newman Barrett 814 Walnut St., Belmont, NC 28012. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium.
