Judy Williams Andres

Judy Williams Andres, 69, of Gastonia, NC, passed away, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at her residence.

She was born June 10, 1951 a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late Joseph Alfred Williams and Stella Self Williams.

Mrs. Andres was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Judy was an avid gardener and an animal lover. She was employed as a hospice nurse and worked for the house of mercy, where she was a hard worker and devoted to her patients.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Watterson; brothers, Jerry Williams, Joseph Williams and Jeff Williams; and children, Shane and Shannon Christian.

She is survived by her loving husband of almost 39 years, Larry "Cuz" Andres; son, Christopher Andres; daughter, Lisa Gibby (Joe); son, Bert Christian; grandchildren, Jennifer Davidson (Scotty), Jimmie and Jamie Bell, Jeremey Andres, Cody and Austin Christian and Kaitlyn and Jacob Christian; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Michael Williams (Sherry); and sister, Ruth Cates.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Sam Barnette will be held 3pm Monday, January 4, 2021 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
