Juanita "Net" Janet Moore

Juanita "Net" Janet Moore, 88, of Gastonia, passed away on September 22, 2020, at Wellington House in Gastonia.

She was born October 17, 1931, in Lincoln County, daughter of Thomas Lewis Gibson and Bertha Tucker Gibson.

She attended Trinity Holiness Church in Gastonia.

"Net" loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She loved to sew and make clothes for herself and her family. She also enjoyed cooking, dancing, crossword puzzles, and loved to get out of the house to travel.

A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Friday, September 25, 2020, at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, officiated by Rev. Ray Priest.

The family will receive friends 1:30 -2:30pm Friday, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Roy Sylvester Moore; sons, Terry Bruce Moore and wife Marguerite Moore of Mt. Holly, Kevin Blake Moore and wife Katina Michelle Moore of Gastonia, Roy Barry Moore and Wanda Breakfield Moore of Stanley; brother, Thomas Jerry Gibson of Stanley; sister,  Rebecca Jane Hartness of Stanley; Seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the charity of one's choice.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
