Joy Buonomo Arias

Joy Anne Buonomo Arias, 66, of Iron Station, NC, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at her residence after a 5 ½ year battle with metastatic breast cancer.

She was born in Massachusetts on April 3, 1957, to Dorothy Buonomo York and the late Joseph Anthony Buonomo.

Joy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kevin Arias; children, Jaysen Arias, Jamy Martin and husband Jamie; sisters, Donna Eisele (Frank), Paula South (Mark); grandchildren, Kyle Arias (Lexi), Leanne Lane (Colton), Kelsey Arias, Daniel Arias, Dinky Arias (fiancé Lucas), Joy Elizabeth Arias, Jaysen Arias Jr., Cody Martin, Anthony Jenkins (Rebecca); great-grandchildren, Caiden, Rhett, Olivia, Dottie, Easton, Everett.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
