Johnny Voiles

Dallas, NC Johnny Voiles, 74, passed away November 10, 2012, at his home. He was born August 20, 1938 in Pike County, KY, son of the late John David and Flora Rice Voiles. Mr. Voiles was a loving husband, who will be missed greatly. He was a member of North Gaston Church of God, Dallas, NC and a retired truck driver. A funeral service will be held 7 pm on Wednesday at North Gaston Church of God, Dallas, conducted by Revs. Andy Nicholson, Ted Smith and Danny Shortridge. The family will receive friends 5-7 prior to the service on Wednesday at the church. Interment will be 11 am on Thursday at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia. He is survived by: his loving wife, Myrlee Voiles of the home; a host of family and friends and his North Gaston Church of God family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: a sister, Mabel Linley and a brother, Darvin Voiles.
