John "Johnny" Lester Dellinger, 65, of Bessemer City, passed away on April 10, 2021, at his home.
He was born June 22, 1955, in Cleveland County, son of the late Lester and Aleen Dellinger.
Johnny enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.
He loved to plant a garden and to be outdoors.
A celebration of Johnny's life will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, April 18, 2021, at New Life Baptist Church, 614 South 11 th Street, Bessemer City, officiated by Pastor Tom Hovis and Rev. Johnnie Mixon.
"Johnny" is survived by his aunt, Gail Peel and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his companion of 30 years, Juanita Hannah.
