John "Johnny" Hatfield

John "Johnny" Hatfield, 65, of Gastonia passed away on June 18, 2014 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born February 18, 1949 in Mullins, SC, son of the late Milton B. Hatfield and Lois Pearl Hooks Thomas. He was a veteran of the US Navy and US Air Force. A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday at South Point Free Will Baptist Church 297 Gaither Road, Belmont, officiated by Pastor Michael Bryd. The family will receive friends following the service. John is survived by: daughters, Angel Hildebrand (Bobby), Coley Hatfield, Crispin Stanley; brother, Carroll Hatfield, (Brenda); grandchildren, Robert, John, Lilliann, Mallory, Seth, Jonathan, Ethan; great grandchild, Landon; nephews, Bric and Brian; his best dog, Cammie. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Flynn Recovery Community 721 West Union Street Morganton , NC 28655 Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
