John David Greene

John David Greene, 64, of Gastonia, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

He was born January 24, 1952, son of the late Robert Stevenson Greene and Margret Greene.

John was an awesome father, grandfather and friend. He was also a former member of the Southern Gentlemen motorcycle club.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert William Greene.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Amanda Greene and son in-law James Moore, Crystal Greene and son in-law Eddie Reed, Lauren Revels and husband Danny; grandchildren, Dominic Reed, Skyler Reed, Jessica Moore, James Moore II, Matthew Suggs and Ayden Revels.

A celebration of life service will be held 2-4 p.m. Sunday October 30, at his residence, 302 Ellis Drive, Gastonia, N.C. 28052.
