John David Carver

John David Carver, 72, of Kings Mountain, passed away April 6, 2024, at his home.

He was born September 14, 1951, in Davidson County, NC, son of the late J.D. Carver and Eva Watkins Carver.

John enjoyed taking long car rides and viewing the scenery. He owned his own cleaning service up until his retirement.

He was a US Army veteran who proudly served in the Vietnam Conflict.

All services will be private.

Johns is survived by his brother, George Carver and wife Carolyn; his friends, Danny and Duber Smith.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister, Gloria Pamela Thomas; his brother Ronnie Strickland.

Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel located at 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia is assisting the family of Mr. Carver.
