Joe Mack Kincaid

Joe Mack Kincaid, 85, of Kings Mountain, beloved father and grandfather passed away peacefully April 3, 2014 after living a life full of family, friends, fun, and love. He was born November 7, 1928, in Gaston County, son of the late Ivery Frank Kincaid and Artie Edwards Kincaid Mr. Kincaid was a US Air Force Veteran, who was a member of the VFW of Gastonia and the Moose Lodge of Gastonia. A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm on Saturday at Landmark Baptist Church, 311 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia officiated by Pastor Forrest Hennessee. The family will receive friends 4:00 - 4:45 pm prior to the service . Military honors provided by Gaston County Honor Guard. Mr. Kincaid is survived by: son, Neal Kincaid; daughter, Teresa Todd and husband James; three brothers; one sister; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: his wife, Carolyn Kincaid; son, Barry Kincaid; daughter, Beth Kincaid; daughter in-law, Cheryl Kincaid; one brother; five sisters. In lieu of flowers memorial may be sent to Hospice of Cleveland County 951 Wendover Heights Dr., Shelby, NC 28150 Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia
