Joanie Lewis

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Joanie Lewis, who left us far too soon on April 16, 2026, at the age of 40. Joanie was born on January 14, 1986, in Ohio, and later made her home in Lincolnton, North Carolina, where she brought her vibrant spirit to the community.

Joanie spent her days working at the front desk of a hotel, welcoming guests with her warm smile and friendly personality. She had a talent for making people feel at ease and truly loved her role in the hospitality industry.

Joanie will be deeply missed by her loving husband, David Lewis, her children, Christopher Lewis, Hailey Lewis, and Emma Lewis; her parents, Douglas And Tammy Edwards. Her family and friends remember her as a bright light in their lives, bringing joy and laughter to all who knew her.
