Jimmy Lee Tart

Jimmy Lee Tart, 65, of Dallas, passed away December 28, 2015 at his residence.

He was born March 19, 1950 in Union County, the son of the late Samuel Curtis Tart and Margie Kathleen Pruett Tart.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Helen Tart; daughter Susan Tart; granddaughter Heather Vernon; sister Joyce Stewart and husband George; brother Ronald Tart and wife Carol; sisters Sharon Tart and Barbara Bell and husband Jimmy and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ernest Tart.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel- 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Jerry Millwood.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Westview Gardens.
