Jessie Frisbee

LINCOLNTON Jessie James Frisbee Jr., 72, passed away Nov. 27, 2013, at Carolinas Medical Center. He was born Aug. 20, 1941, in York County, S.C. He was the son of the late Jessie Frisbee Sr. and Eller Cook Frisbee. Jessie retired from Freightliner and was always active with many projects. He was loved by many and will be missed. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel 1503 South York Road, Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Ralph Carver. Interment will follow at Baptist Tabernacle, Dallas. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home. He is survived by two sons, two daughters, two brothers, one sister and many grandchildren. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
