Jessica Leigh Brown

Jessica Leigh Brown, 38, of Belmont, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

She was born September 22, 1982, in Gaston Co, NC, daughter of Michael Brown and Karen Loyd.

Jessica was a loving daughter, mother, sister and grandmother. She was known for her contagious smile and her love and compassion for children.

Jessica is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Loyd and Gene Loyd; and uncles, Donald Brown and Christopher Thompson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Mackenzie Leigh Brown, Aaliyah Cheyenne Sox, Braydyn Michael Johnson, Brantley Robert Bryant Brown and Oakley Mae Bryant; siblings, Sonja White (Nathan), Joshua Brown, Sarah Brown, Kerri Brown, Marissa Brown and Heather Brown; uncle, Larry Brown; aunt, Jennifer Ford; granddaughter, Kizzea Mexico; grandmother, Joelan Thompson as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at a later date.
