Jerry Ghorley

Jerry Dennis Ghorley, 80, of Dallas, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at his residence.

A native of Gaston County, born on April 2, 1941, Jerry was the son of the late Luther and Mary Lanier Ghorley.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Edith Ghorley; and brothers, Gene, and Luther Ghorley.

Left to cherish Jerry's memories are his son, Todd Ghorley (Jody); daughter, Jamie Campbell; special nephew, Barry Edwards (Teresa); brothers, Sydney and Charles Ghorley; sisters, Libby Hilton and Patsy Lewis; grandchildren, Nikki Taylor, Dennis and James Tutterow; and 6 great grandchildren.

All services are private.

The South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium is assisting the family.
