Jeremy "Jay" Joseph Farrow, 32, of Shelby, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021, in Roan Mtn, Tennessee.
He was born on September 7, 1988, in Evanston, IL, to Debra Lynn Farrow.
Jay was a veteran of the US Navy. He was an avid gamer, enjoyed playing chess and loved cars. Jay will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish Jay's memories are his mother, Debra Farrow; sister, Susie Farrow; and numerous close family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home an hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium.
