Jeffrey Coley Raby

Jeffrey Coley Raby, Sr., 63, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Atrium Health Main, Charlotte.

a native of Gaston Co, NC, he was born August 31, 1958, to the late Herman Jennings Raby and Marlene Coley Raby.

Jeffrey was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting deer and turkey.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Raby of 44 years; sons, Jeffrey Raby, Jr. and wife, Jennifer, and Joshua Raby; brother, Herman Jennings Raby, Jr.; sister, Dawn Raby; and grandchildren, Caelyn Raby (his baby girl), and Cody Wiper.

A memorial service officiated by Pastor Scott Rudisill and Pastor Mike Wilson, will be held 2pm on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Westview Baptist Church - 3385 Fairview Dr, Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
