Jeffrey "Dinkie" Moses

J effrey "Dinkie" Moses, 59, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024, at his residence.

A native of Gaston County, NC, he was born on December 13, 1964, to the late Lloyd and Connie Moses.

Jeff enjoyed fishing, sports, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Most of all he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Jeff is survived by his  loving wife of 40 years, Carolyn Brown Moses; son, Jeffery Robert Moses; daughters, Nikkie Rodriguez (Ouji), Kassie Johnson (Steven); brothers, Johnny Moses, Mark Moses (Candy), Lorne Moses; sisters, Kathy Davidson (James), Frankie Philbeck (Wayne), Linda Haney, Becky Stewart (Michael), Elizabeth Gladden; ten grandchildren, Kendra Moses, Madelyn Moses, Jeffery Moses, Lucas Moses, Jakob Moses, Elijah Moses, Malachi Moses, Abigail Johnson, Hailey Johnson, Uriah Rodriquez.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Friday, February 9, 2024, at Evangel Assembly of God 625 Neil Hawkins Road Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Rufus Johnson. The family will receive friends 5-6 pm prior to the service at the church.
