He was born November 21, 1959 in Gastonia, son of Lois Quinn Weathers and the late James Weathers. He was employed with CLT Express, Belmont. A memorial service will be held 2 pm on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Leo Kuykendall. Interment is private. He is survived by: his wife, Sue Weathers; sons, Christopher and Dakota Weathers, John Black; daughter, Amy Black; brothers, Keith and Nathan Weathers; granddaughters, Iris Rose Weathers, Leah Wise.
