Jeffery Davis

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jeffery Davis, who passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Robin Johnson House in Dallas, NC. He was born in Clark County, Ohio, to the late Marvin and Lola Davis.

Jeff attended Yorkwood Church of God, Bessemer City Church of God, and Evangel Assembly of God. He loved the Lord and was a prayer warrior. He loved his family and going fishing. He loved visiting out west.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Chae Pun Redd.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Jeanie Davis; children, Jennifer Adams (Ted), Jeffrery Davis (Kecia); grandchildren, Erin (Adam), Matthew, Miles, Millicent, Maxton; brother Steve Davis (Robin); sisters, Eunice Marlowe (Dave), Joy Urschel (Steve).

Friends and family are invited to gather to honor Jeffery's life and the impact he made on others. The funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, 11:00 AM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.

Pallbearers: James Moody, Ted Adams, Jeffery Davis, Adam Kingswood, Matthew Lanier, Cameran Burrell, Austin Farmer, Dylan Farmer. Honorary Pallbearer: Erin McManus.
