Jeanie Godwin Goad, 43, of Gastonia, passed away, Friday, September 28, 2018 at her residence.
Jeanie was born August 6, 1975, in Augusta, GA, daughter of Joseph and Sara Godwin.
Jeanie was a dedicated wife, mother and daughter. Her goal in life was to please everyone. She worked as an Ophthalmic Assistant at Charlotte EENT.
In addition to her parents, left to cherish her memories are her husband, John Goal; daughter, Jessica L. Goad; brother, Curtis S. Godwin and wife Sheri of Cumming, GA; nephew, Brandon; nieces, Rebecca Motes, Alyson Godwin and Morgan Hubert.
A private service will be held to honor her life. Interment will be in Augusta, GA, in Westover Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
