Jean Robinson

Jean Robinson, 90, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Levine Dickson Hospice House, Huntersville, NC.

She was born August 25, 1933, in Cleveland Co, NC, daughter of the late RB and Verna Mae Gold.

Jean was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Gastonia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Robinson, Jr.; and sisters, Jane Bass, and Pat Metcalfe.

Jean is survived by her son, Robbie Robinson and wife, Gaylord Chambers; daughters, Sandy Sears and husband, Phil, and Elizabeth Faulkner and husband, Jimmy; grandchildren, Melissa Wilson and husband, James, Bailey Faulkner, and Hope Robinson; and great-grandchildren, Maddie Wilson, and Emma Wilson.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Scott Whitner, will be held 11am, Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the service at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
