Jean Holland, 49, passed away on October 10, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center after a life-long battle of mental illness.
She was born March 16, 1968 in Gaston County, the daughter of Margaret Holland Stone.
Left to cherish her memories along with her mother are her son, Keith Alan "Keybo" Martin; daughters, Lisa Michelle Holland and Ashley Jean Stone; son-in-law, Brandon Worthy; father of her children, Kenny Martin; sister, Lisa Adair; grandchildren, Madison, Megan, Makalyn, Macie and Morgan Lewis, Jacob Stone, Maxwell Parker, Ricky Cochran, Addison Martin, Jesse Dodson; nieces and nephews, Randy Revels, Jenny Long, Phillip, Brittany and Jacob Adair and long-time companion, Patrick Swann.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Lynn Martin and grandson, Aven Dean Stone.
A memorial service, officiated by Dr. Gene Ware, will be held 3 pm Saturday, October 14, 2017 at New Life Baptist Church, 614 S. 11th Street, Bessemer City.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
