Gastonia, NC Jason Eli Almond, 40, of Gastonia, NC passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born December 5, 1972, native of Gaston County, to the late Jerry Almond and Sharon Burgess. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the home of his sister, Pamela Bolding, 802 Davis Park Rd. Gastonia, NC. Jason is survived by: 3 children, Linsie Almond of Maiden, Brandon Almond of Newton, Hannah Glance of Gastonia; brother, Jarrett Almond of Gastonia; sister, Pamela Bolding of Gastonia; grandchildren, Brayden Yarborough , Madison Cash; uncle Charles and aunt Sandra McTaggert of Murphy, TN, aunt, Nancy Long of Lincolnton; 3 nephews; 2 nieces; girlfriend, Tonya Wright and son, Nicholas of Dallas and special friend, Tina Costner of Kings Mountain.
