James Christopher Stogner

James Christipher Stogner, 70, of Cherryville, NC, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024, at Atrium Cleveland.

He was born in Mecklenburg County on October 27, 1953, to the late William and Doris Stogner.

James was a veteran of the US Army National Guard, where he served as commander.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Judy Stogner Norkett.

James is survived by his brother, William "Bill" Stogner Jr. (Patricia); sister, Amy Stogner Mayfield.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 1pm, Friday, April 26, 2024, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
