James Blair Sosebee
June 4, 1943 — December 28, 2021
James Blair Sosebee, 78, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born June 4, 1943, in Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Rabun Sosebee and Ruby Sosebee.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death great- grandchild, Hunter Prince.
James loved restoring old cars. His favorite was a 29 Studebaker Rat Rod, that he restored.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Arthur Sosebee and Wayne Sosebee.
James is survived by his wife, Brenda Sosebee; sons, Tim Sosebee (Sylvia), and Jody Sosebee; daughter, Debbie Wooten (Eddie); grandchildren, Jessica King, Crystal Cyr, Preston Sosebee, Irene Sheppard, Austin Sosebee, Bubby Prince (Christie); and great-grandchildren, Dylan Henry, Gavin King, Cortlyn Cyr, Skylar Cyr, Denver Sheppard, Ciera Prince, and Kayliegh Prince.
A celebration of life will be held 3-5 pm, on Friday, December 31, 2021, at Hwy 55 Grill - 1791 Hwy 55, Clover, SC 29710.
