James David Robinson

James "David" Robinson, 69, of Clover, SC, passed away December 27, 2022, at the Levine and Dickson Hospice House at Southminster in Charlotte, NC.

He was born November 16, 1953, in Gaston County, NC, to the late James Luther and Monnie Jonas Robinson.

David was employed with Advance Auto Parts for over 40 years as a maintenance technician with the distribution center.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jan Barnette, and an infant sister, Frances Ruth Robinson.

David is survived by his loving wife of over 26 years, Delores Robinson; son, Shane Robinson; sister, Pat Brown (John); several nieces and nephews; and beloved pets, Max and Dixie.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, NC, on Saturday, December 31, 2022, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
