James "Jimmy" Long

James "Jimmy" Long, 56, of Bessemer City, passed away on May 3, 2015 at his home. He was born November 5, 1958 in Gaston County, son of the late Joe Long and Jennie Hudson. A graveside and Inurnment service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, officiated by the Rev. Jerry Millwood. Mr. Long is survived by stepfather, Jerry D. Hudson; brothers, Jody Long (Ginni), Doug Hudson;sisters, Kathy Helms (Bobby), Elaine Beattie, Norma Loeffler; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be sent to Westview Baptist Church 3385 Fairview Dr. Gastonia, NC 28052. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
