James Farrell Hoffman, 60, of Gastonia passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born December 12, 1953 in Gaston County, NC to the late Reid Hoffman and Jackie Bolick Hoffman. A graveside service will be held 2 pm Saturday, March 1 at Lutheran Chapel Church, 702 New Hope Road, Gastonia. Mr. Hoffman is survived by: his loving wife Rosena Wooten Hoffman; sons, James S. Hoffman, Michael Shane Hoffman; sisters, Teresa Yarborough, Michelle Knowles, Melanie Denney; grandchildren, Dustin Avery Hoffman, Aaron Hoffman. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
