James David Green

April 4 1950- December 28 2024

James lost his fight with cancer December 28 2024. He was being care for in Newton NC at Carolina Caring Hospice House.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Cathey G Green; his mother Garnell Hardy; his father, David Green; his step son, Jeffery Alley; and 2 sisters, Linda Culbertson, and Kathy M Goode.

James is survived by his son, James Turner Green (Sandra); 4 step children, Robbie Alley (Mona), Kim Alley, Kelly Alley and Chris Alley (Christie); 3 sisters, Kay Brown (Steve), Penny Hensley (Mike), and Angela Greene (Ricky); as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

James could usually be found at the BP Station In Kings Mtn helping out good friends whom he held very dear, or at home on Circle B Farm helping care for the animals and loving and caring for the kids on the farm. That was where he was happiest. James was loved by many especially his family and will be truly missed.
