James Wayne Fowler, 64, of Bessemer City, passed away on March 30, 2020, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born December 26, 1955, in Gaston County, son of the late Willie Lee Fowler and Estelle Carson Fowler.
Due to Covid-19 and the restrictions enforced for gatherings, there will not be a public service at this time.
There will be a service at a later date.
James is survived by his first cousin, May Edwards and husband Maurice; second cousins, Chip Edwards and wife Cindy, and their daughter, Alisha Edwards, Phillip Spicer, Mark Spicer and wife Sandy and their children, Kaleb, Kody and Keegan Spicer.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
