James Edwards, 69, of Gastonia, N.C., passed away April 17, 2014 at The Robin Johnson House, Dallas, N.C. He was born April 9, 1944 in Greenville, SC, son of the late, James and Vastine Edwards. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday at Westview Gardens, officiated by Rev. Robin Harris. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and crematorium, Gastonia, N.C.
