James "Russell" Crisp

James "Russell" Crisp, 32, of Gastonia, passed away January 24, 2016 at his residence.

He was born August 8, 1983, a native of Gaston County, the son of Patsy Crisp and the late James Gerden Crisp.

Russell was employed with Cornell-Cookson in Gastonia.

Left to cherish his memories along with his mother are his wife, Cheryl Crisp of Bessemer City; sister, Deanna Huggins and husband Chad of Gastonia; nephew, Noah Huggins and niece, Emma Huggins.

A memorial service will be held 11 am Thursday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Dickie Spargo.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
