James "Jim" Annon, 65, of Kings Mountain, passed away November 5, 2018 at his residence.
He was born September 25, 1953 in Greenville, SC, the son of the late Rexford Annon and Frances Webb Conner.
Jim was the State Director for Brothers of the Third Wheel (BTW). He retired from RSM after 35 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, friends and family. He loved traveling in the RV while chasing alligators. He loved to build custom trikes and trailers.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Nancy Aldridge Annon; daughters, Becky Bradley and Fran Woody and husband Charles; grandchildren, Dylan Bell, Cameron Woody, Peytann Bradley and Charlotte Woody; special sister Hilda Roper; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Fred Conner; son-in-law, Tim Bradley; brother, Gordon Annon and loving pet, Bubba.
Receiving of friends and family will be held 6 – 8 pm on Thursday at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel 1503 S. York Road and at other times at the home.
The funeral service will be held 1 pm Friday at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Mike Criswell and sister-in-law Tereasa Wood.
Interment will be in Westview Gardens.
