Jack Horner

Jack Horner, 71 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 19, 2012. Born in Henryetta, Oklahoma. He is the son of the late Homer and Margarite Horner. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Horner; daughters, Vickie Tessener and husband Brian of Shelby, Kelly Howell and husband Brody; grandchildren, Toby, Tucker, Abagail and Hannah Howell of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; brother, Johnny Horner; sister, Wanda Chrysler of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Fran Hendrix of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jack was the General Manager of Norick Brothers Printing in Kings Mountain for 35 years. He was a Plant Manager for Law Printing in Oxnard, California and was retired from First National Bank of Shelby. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday at Putnam Baptist Church of Shelby. Memorials may be sent to Cleveland Rutherford Kidney Foundation, 1017 N. Washington St., Shelby, NC 28150.
