Rev. J. Frank Herman

"Big Frank" Rev. J. Frank Herman, 75, passed away August 3, 2014 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. He was born a native of Gaston County on August 7, 1938 son of the late, Judson and Frances Herman. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Betty Herman; son, Zach Herman and wife, Peggy; daughters, Teri Bledsoe and husband, George, Amanda Cipolletti and husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Nathan Bledsoe, Lindsey Jumper and husband, Greg, Danny Herman and wife, Bethany, Mike Herman and wife, Whitney; great-grandchildren, Nolan Herman and Kody Jumper. A celebration of life service will be held 3:00 pm on Thursday at Landers Chapel United Methodist Church- 1205 Long Shoals Rd., Lincolnton, officiated by the Rev. Carroll Flack. Visitation will be held 1:30 - 2:45 pm prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
