He is survived by his parents, Justin Tyler Payne and Jeanna Sherrill; sister, Nataleigh Collier; grandparents, Wanda Ledford, Daniel and Shirley Payne, Ginger Johnson, Timmy Sherrill and Sharon Whitson, and Charles and Michele Muller; aunts and uncles, Kenneth Belk and Ashley Payne, Daniel Payne, B.J. and Danielle Matthews, and John Smith.

A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Johnny Yarboro, will be held 1pm, Monday, July 25, 2022, at Westview Gardens Mausoleum, Bessemer City, NC.
