Inez Dean Webb

Inez Dean Webb, 84, of Clover, SC passed away July 10, 2014 at White Oak Manor. She was born October 12, 1929 in Lee County, VA, daughter of the late Dave and Gracie Dean. Inez was a loving, caring mother, whose life revolved around her family. She was a devoted church goer who loved to sing and attended many different churches. Inez was always there for everyone who needed her. She was formerly employed by RL Stowe in Belmont. Inez is survived by: daughters, Doris Dennis and husband, Larry Keith of Little River, SC, Judy Scruggs and husband James C. of Gastonia, Jackie Webb of Gastonia; step-son, Kenneth Webb of Kings Mtn.; brothers, David Houser, Vernon Dean, Junior Dean; sisters, Shirley Winsel, Chrystal Dean; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Ernest Webb, granddaughter, Margie Julie Annette Black, great -granddaughter, Amber Marie Cochran, 7 sisters and 4 brothers. A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Sunday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC. Visitation will be 1 - 2 pm on Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens, York, SC. Memorials may be made to Hospice Community Care - 2275 India Hook Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732. Arrangements are with Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
