Ina Good

Ina Nichols Good, 75, of Gastonia, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

Born on March 13, 1946, in Blount County, Tn, Ina was the daughter of the late Fred and Violet Nichols.

Ina was a very kind and giving person, who was well loved by all. She was a member of Olney Presbyterian Church and a former member of Pisgah ARP Church, where she had served on several boards. She loved to crochet and read. Ina was a member of the Lucille Tatum Home Center.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Good; and brother, David Nichols.

Left to cherish Ina's memories are her daughter, Jacqueline Good; sisters, Frances Rogers (Terry) and Priscilla Pelfrey (William); sister-in-law, Freda Good; nieces and nephews, Amanda Stasi (Joe), Eddie Pelfrey (Reanna), Lt. Col. Kenny Nichols (Janet), Paige Smith (Eddie), Anna Good and Brandy Mann (Kevin); special friend, Brandi Lane and family; and granddog, Ladybug.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Elizabeth Sigmon, will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment to follow the service at Pisgah ARP Church Cemetery.
