Hubert Larry Nations

Hubert Larry Nations, 58, of Gastonia, passed away January 14, 2017 at his residence.

A Gaston County native, he was born November 24, 1958, son of Maxine Nations and the late Hubert T. Nations.

Mr. Nations attended Zion Baptist Church in Gastonia and enjoyed racing.

Left to cherish his memories, in addition to his mother, are his loving wife, Cindy Nations; sons, Larry Jr., Chris, and Jordan; daughter, Brittany; sisters, Francine and Karen; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service, officiated by the Revs. Jerry Willard and Leo Kuykendall, will be held 7 pm Tuesday, January 17 at Zion Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
