Horace Lee Storey

Horace Lee Storey, 84, of Clover, SC, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at the Agape Care Hospice House in Lexington, SC.

He was born on August 7, 1936, in Anniston, AL, to the late Roy Lee and Ollie Mae Turner Storey.

Horace was a member of First Baptist Church of Bowling Green, SC. He was a generous, kind-hearted man. Horace loved his family with all of his heart.

In addition to his parents, Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Mae Tucker Storey, and son, Ronald Lee Storey.

Left to cherish Horace's memories are his son, Johnny D. Storey and wife Mary Jo; daughter-in-law, Robin Storey; brothers, Robert and Harvey Storey; sisters, Shirley Hammonds, Mary Alice Efird, and Susie Mullis; grandchildren, Joanna Hocutt, Kasi Storey and Liz Storey; and great-grandchildren, Kallie Rae and Carter Blake Hocutt.

A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Mitch Bolin, will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 26, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Bowling Green – 1683 Highway 321 N, Clover, SC, 29710.
