Hazel F. Johnson

Hazel F. Johnson, 82, of Gastonia, passed away December 1, 2020 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, NC.

She was born June 12, 1938 to the late Charles Lewis Franks and Sally Gregory Franks.

In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Johnson; and a daughter, Christie Johnson.

She is survived by a son, Scott Johnson; daughter, Tammie Jones and husband Tim; brothers, Paul Franks and Shirley Franks; two grandchildren, Gracie Jones and Westley Johnson; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by the Rev. Sam Barnette, will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.
