Harold Keith Ray, Sr.

Harold Keith Ray, Sr., 80, of Kings Mountain, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018, at Wendover Hospice, Shelby.
He was born November 25, 1937, in Hart County, GA, son of the late Hoke William Ray and Mary Fowler Ray.
Harold was known as "Moon Rocket" to the CB community. After 27 years, he retired as an instrumentation technician with Duke Energy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Chapman Ray and 4 siblings.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Keith Ray, Jr.; daughters, Donna Somero, Starr Dowell (Neil), Mary Mercer; brothers, Jerry Ray, Marshall Ray; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
