It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Harathi Talluri, who entered her heavenly rest in Fort Mill, SC. Born on November 30, 1952, in India. Harathi lived a life full of love, laughter, and song. She devoted herself to her work as a High School Teacher back home in India, and in the healthcare industry here, always caring for others just like she cared for her own family.
While she will be missed greatly, her spirit will live on through her beloved husband, Jayaprasad Talluri; sons, Joseph Talluri (Beulah) and David Talluri (Preethi); grandchildren, Grace, Bethany, Simon, Benjamin, Jacob, and Esther Seraphina Talluri; Sisters, Dr. Thejovathi, Varakumari, and Prashastham. Harathi was preceded in death by her parents, Krupanandam and Lizzy Pattabhi; siblings, Paranjyothi, Dr.Jayanidhi, Ebenezer Vidyadhar, Madhuram, Devadeepthi, Sujanamithra, Vinayabhandu.
Harathi had a special bond with her family, especially her grandchildren, who filled her life with joy. She loved to sing, with "Blessed Assurance" being one of her favorite hymn-every note echoed her faith and love for Christ. She was a member at Baptist Church Hyderabad back home in India, and at First Baptist Church of Gastonia, where she sung in the choir and was a committed prayer warrior. She is known for her hospitality, and impacted many lives through her loving and caring nature
